After ten years in Paris working in her own design global studio as an interior and furniture designer, Lucie Schweitzer moves to Portugal to develop another way to create.
With her practice of ceramics and tapestry, she develops a series of mood-enhancing objects. Working in her atelier in Lisbon, Lucie Schweitzer explores the pathways of her personal landscape by hand and at her own pace. She does not plan her creations, but instead follows an intuition and, at times, a fanciful image, thus allowing her creativity free rein to follow its own path.
