Felipa Almeida is committed to the research and curating of art and craft objects made in Portugal. She works in close collaboration with artists, craftsmen, as well as traditional manufacturing factories, creating projects that celebrate culture, heritage and ancestral craft techniques, leading to the creation of unique pieces. Alongside her work, Felipa Almeida has been gathering a private collection of ceramic pieces from various regions of Portugal, which are a testimony to the different historical periods, knowledge and living traditions of the country. She will be exhibiting her ceramic collection in her studio for the first time during Lisbon Design Week.
