Ricardo Gayle, is the founder of the Gladstone. He immigrated from Jamaica to the Big Apple at the age of two. After studying conservatory acting, Ricardo embarked on a journey into redefining what it means to be fit, and consequently, what it means to be well. Ambition and self-discovery inspired him to leave New York, and come to Portugal. He has over 10 years experience and is certified by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine. The Galdstone includes CAFE DEDES offering vegetarian cuisine open to the public.
During the Week, the Club will host an installation made by woodworker Atelier Mateus
