Wewood - Portuguese Joinery was founded in 2012, by the second generation of owners of a traditional solid wood factory specialized in manufacturing & exporting solid wood furniture for more than five decades.

Wewood creates functional and aesthetically intriguing furniture that promotes Portuguese culture and design at the same time as it identifies and nurtures talent both in the inspiration and creativity of a carefully chosen group of international designers and the hands and wisdom of it’s experienced craftsmen.

Wewood opens its first Lisbon store in the neighborhood of Avenida da Liberdade and at this occasion it will present “Lisbon Store Preview” during Lisbon Design Week and exhibit  recently launched products as well as some icons from their collection from designers like Gonçalo Campos, Alain Gilles, Christian Haas, Erno Dierckx, Auréçlien Barbry, Leonhard Pfeifer, Pierre Dubourg, among many others.
