CASA LOEWE Lisbon fuses the Spanish luxury house's fashion and accessory collections with an idiosyncratic curation of art, craft, and design furniture. Works on display engage a cultural dialogue unique to LOEWE that spans wider than fashion; emerging and established artists are exhibited with equal reverence and without hierarchy, including Solange Pessoa, Axel Vervoordt and Erika Verzutti, as well as those recognised by the house's annual craft award, the LOEWE FOUNDATION Craft Prize. In a nod to the locale, the store's bold central pillars are clad in concave ceramic tiles by Viúva Lamego, a small Portuguese company that has been making ceramics since 1849.
They will be showing the jewellery collection (wearable sculpture) designed by Lynda Benglis, exclusively brought to the Lisbon store for Lisbon Design Week.
